Case study 03 · Akridia
From no brand to defense-grade in six weeks
A pre-seed drone company with a prototype, a raise to close and no brand. We had six weeks to make it look like a company investors and procurement teams would take seriously.

01The challenge
Akridia builds autonomous ISR drones. They had a working prototype and a raise to close, but no identity, no messaging and nothing to hand to anyone. And every competitor was pitching the same procurement desks and investors.
02The approach
- 01
Spent weeks digging into ISR platforms and frontline drone footage. Coming in as an outsider to defense tech made the gap in the category easy to spot.
- 02
Built the strategy around the person nobody was talking to: the operator who actually flies the drone. That drove everything from the “Warden” product name to the voice of the site.
- 03
Delivered the brand kit, logo system and color palette.
- 04
Produced investor materials, spec sheets and a website with in-browser 3D and an interactive product demo.
