Getting buyers through the door

A Seattle-area resale startup had plenty of inventory and hardly any buyers. I built their paid media, email, brand and local campaigns from scratch to get people into the flagship store.

01The challenge

Gone.com was started by an ex-Amazon supply chain lead and OfferUp’s co-founders, with $6.3M in seed funding behind it. When they came to us in September 2025, furniture was pouring in, but they barely showed up on Google or Facebook. The job was simple: get buyers through the door of the Renton store.

02The approach

  1. 01

Built paid search and social from zero, and optimized for sales and pickup requests, not impressions.

  2. 02

Refreshed the logo and brand look, then rolled it out across in-store signage, email and educational materials.

  3. 03

Got the brand out into the real world with local partnerships, event sponsorships and community offers around Seattle.

  4. 04

Made sales collateral for office facility teams and a partner program for leasing agents.

  5. 05

Ran an anti-Black Friday campaign built around Gone’s sustainability mission.
